During his official travel to Ottawa, the President of the Afghan Community of Vancouver (ACVF), Mr. Wadood Dilsoz, met and held discussions with several Cabinet Ministers and Members of Parliament, following an official invitation from the Government of Canada.
This visit represents a proud and meaningful moment for our entire community, as the voices of Afghans are being heard at the highest levels of the Canadian government, and the concerns and priorities of our community are being directly addressed.
We extend our special thanks to Steven Guilbeault, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Minister responsible for Official Languages, for his warm welcome and strong support of the Afghan community. He expressed appreciation for the work of ACVF and committed to maintaining direct communication with the organization, as well as supporting initiatives aimed at empowering and strengthening the Afghan community in Canada.
رییس کمیونیتی افغانهای ونکوور محترم ودود دلسوز به دعوت رسمی دولت کانادا به شهر اوتاوا سفر نمود و در آنجا با شماری از وزرای کابینه و اعضای پارلمان دیدار و گفتگو داشت.
این یک لحظه پرافتخار برای تمام کمیونیتی ما است که صدای افغانها در بالاترین سطوح حکومت شنیده میشود.
از استیفن گلبو، وزیر هویت و فرهنگ کانادا و وزیر مسئول زبانهای رسمی، یک تشکر ویژه مینماییم که با روی باز و حمایت گرم از کمیونیتی افغانها استقبال کردند و از کارهای ما قدردانی کرد. ایشان وعده دادند که در تماس مستقیم با ACVF خواهند بود و از برنامههایی که در راستای حمایت و توانمندسازی جامعه افغان در کانادا است، پشتیبانی خواهند کرد
