Today, Wadood Dilsoz, President of Afghan Community, met with Aaron Gill, Senior Advisor for Government Relations at the City of Surrey. Wadood Dilsoz stated that during the 1.5-hour meeting, he discussed a number of important topics about the fast-growing Afghan community in Surrey. He explained that the conversation focused on how to make things easier for Afghan families and businesses, and how the City of Surrey can provide better support to meet their needs.
