Great News for Our Community!
We’ve been working tirelessly to make the process of obtaining a driver’s license easier for our community members. Many of our community members have faced challenges with ICBC, and we’ve made sure our voices are heard.
After our long commuication with Premier office, on April 7, we received a call from the Premier’s Office confirming that these challenges can only be resolved through changes in regulations. Following that, we submitted our concerns to B.C. legislators for review.
And yesterday, we received amazing news!
The Minister of Public Services, Mr. Begg, officially announced that there will be only ONE driving test, and the current two-test system will be removed.
Although, these changes will help some newcomers but we will continue fighting for unjustified revocation of Afghan nationals Driver Licenses

ما برای ساده سازی روند گرفتن لایسنس در کنار کمیونیتی خود ایستادهایم. پس از بحثهای متعدد با دفتر صدر اعظم، دفتر صدراعظم بی سی در ۷ اپریل به ما اطلاع داد که راه حل این مشکلات، تغییر قوانین است.
هفته گذشته، ما نگرانیهای خود را در این مورد طی یک مکتوب با مجلس مقننه بریتیش کلمبیا برای بررسی شریک ساختیم.
دیروز وزیر خدمات اجتماعی، آقای بیگ، رسماً اعلام کرد که تصمیم دارند که تنها یک امتحان برای گرفتن لایسنس وجود خواهد داشت و امتحان دوم حذف میشود.
این یک پیشرفت بزرگ برای همه راننده گان تازه بریتیش کلمبیاست ٬ به ویژه برای اعضای کمیونیتی ما
باید یاد آور شد که ما مبارزه برای پایان دادن به لغو ناعادلانه لایسنسها توسط ICBC به تلاش خود ادامه خواهیم داد.
